This is always a favourite in our house when it’s cold outside in the holidays and we’re too lazy to make an effort but still want something delicious. Use those cheap cheap mini croissants you can buy at the supermarket or big ones if you’re especially greedy.
Gruyere cheese in slices
Ham cut into small slices
Cut the croissants in half lengthways.
Lay cheese and ham on one half of the croissant and put its lid on.
Cook in a preheated oven at 180C until the cheese is melted and a little bit bubbly, about 7 mins.
